Hi Alex, thanks for reading this post! It is in fact a very wide topic but at the same time, the very essence of yoga is to be accesible, understandable and doable for everyone. You just need to open your heart and find, first of all, the things that are most easy for you to understand and really feel in your mind and body, and then it all will find its way for you to understand and practice.
